Together, We Shape
Tomorrow.
Stakeholders
At the heart of every successful endeavour are its stakeholders. These invaluable partners, whether individuals or organisations, play a pivotal role in shaping our direction and fuelling our vision. Their insights, feedback, and unwavering support act as the compass that guides our decisions and strategies.
We are driven by a shared commitment to better outcomes for the over 1,000 young people in NSW and the broader Australian community who transition to adulthood post-18 from the OOHC system each year. Guided by individuals with lived experience who have been directly impacted by the system, we collaborate with leaders and practitioners across NSW. Our aim is to devise and implement scalable solutions and policy reforms suitable for federal, state, and local levels, and also provide insights and guidance internationally
From policymakers to front-line workers and everyone in between, we come together with the aim of finding innovative solutions. Our urgent mission is to ensure that leaders in the OOHC sector have access to data and evidence that reflects the on-the-ground reality of those impacted by the system.
We care deeply about how we achieve these goals. We are focused on action, ready to tackle the uncomfortable, and lead by curiosity to bring new approaches to complex challenges
